Twitter Rolls Out Recording and Replay Functions for Spaces To Android users
Following a restricted beta for iOS users, Twitter is now bringing recording and replay functions to all Android Spaces users.
Following the rise of the voice-only social network Clubhouse in the middle of 2020, practically all of the major social networks hopped on the live forum-style chat feature in late 2020 and 2021.

Twitter launched its version, dubbed "Spaces," but the social network is building on the original feature set by allowing hosts to record sessions for later listening or wider distribution. If hosted spaces conclude before you're able to participate, this may help reduce FOMO for people who are unable to check in to live or planned discussions on the platform.
When creating a space, hosts will gain a new "Record Space" toggle that saves the audio for up to 30 days on their servers, according to Twitter Support. However, All conversations and audio files are deleted after this time, but creators/hosts have the option to delete them before the 30-day limit is reached. Unfortunately, listeners do not have access to this functionality. Only hosts have access to the recording facilities. However, listeners may still be able to record Spaces using third-party software:
